To SUPPORT the overall development and success of youth
Our Youth Programs (Tutoring and Mentoring, Youth Group, Music and Scholarships and Back to School) need the following:
- We urgently need the following school supplies for over 2,500 school children in Montreal schools.230 glue sticks – 1598 canada one line copy books – 110 wax crayons – 230 coloured pencils – 2450 HB pencils – 250 scissors (round tip) – 70 scissors (regular) – 50 duo-tang (3 holes) – 120 pencil case – 150 loose leaf paper – 523 erasers – 35 school bags – 175 red pens – 395 highlighters
- Funds for Grade 5 and 6 bursaries and tutoring

To INCREASE access to food security and health for all, but particularly for children
Our Food Bank needs the following:
- Cans of vegetables, protein and tomatoes as well as soups are most useful
- Frozen meat, fish, fruits and vegetables are always welcome
- Funds to buy fresh vegetables and fruits on food bank days and to buy supplies like eggs, flour and so on
- All grains are helpful and this includes rice, whole grain flour, beans and other grains
- Peanut butter, jams and other condiments
- Low fat deserts such as granola bars and nuts or dried fruits are also helpful
- Volunteers 🙂
To OFFER work training programs
Our Boutique supports the training of many volunteers and work program participants and supports Share the Warmth with its administrative costs. To help us, please donate
- Slightly used clothing and small household appliances
We are also wishing for financial support for the following projects:
- Tutoring and bursaries for grade 5 and 6 students
- Intensive Music Program
- Cooking Workshops
And we always need:
- Volunteers
And for our Office
- an industrial paper-cutter
- one or two dictionnaries
